Abstract
Driving safety is a safe driving behavior that can help to avoid traffic accidents. Driving safety refers to driving behaviors that ideally must have a sufficient level of safety for themselves and for others, in order to avoid traffic accidents. Safety riding is influenced by a variety of factors including road conditions, driving knowledge and traffic regulations. All three have an important role to play in influencing safety riding. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of road conditions, driving knowledge and traffic regulations on soeakrno – hatta semarang road both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were sampling motorcycles using incidental sampling. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, Based on the analysis obtained regression equations as follows: Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + µ From the double linear regression equation, the following conclusions can be drawn: Statistical test results with multiple linear regression equations obtained that helmet use behavior variable (X1) Partially have an influence on driving safety variables (Y), this is evidenced by the value of the helmet use behavior variable regression coefficient of 0.281 positively marked, explained by the value of thitung (3,859) > t table (1,984). Statistical test results with multiple linear regression equations found that vehicle condition variables (X2) partially have an influence on driving safety variables (Y), this is evidenced by the vehicle condition variable regression coefficient value of 0.449 positively marked, explained by the value of thitung(6,272,) > t table (1,984). Statistical test results with multiple linear regression equations obtained that traffic discipline variables (X3) Partially have an influence on driving safety variables (Y), this is evidenced by the value of the traffic discipline variable regression coefficient of 0.340 marked positively, explained by the value of thitung (4,984) > ttabel (1,984).
