Abstract
This study examines congestion on Jalan Pemuda, Klaten Regency. Congestion has a very big effect when we look at it. Congestion is a long queue of vehicles due to traffic flow constraints. Road User Activities are individual and group activities with their respective goals. Traffic Control is a control to control the movement of people and vehicles on the road or supporting facilities. The technique used is non-probability sampling technique using sample accidental sampling. With a sample of 100 employees. Data processing using SPSS v.22 processed in 2020. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show the regression coefficient X1 of 0.214, the regression coefficient of X2 0.269 and the regression coefficient of X3 0.390 have a positive and significant effect on Congestion. The coefficient result of the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable by 53% while the remaining 47% is influenced by other variables outside the study.
