Abstract
Supervision is an effort to determine what has been done, the purpose is to evaluate the achievements / work results and if necessary apply corrective actions so that the work is in accordance with the plan. Safety culture is how safety is understood, assessed and made a priority in an organization. The performance of security officers is the effort made by aviation security officers in preventing the occurrence of threats, errors, smuggling and destruction of aviation security and safety support facilities. Flight safety is a state of fulfilling safety requirements in the use of airspace, aircraft, airports, flight navigation, and supporting facilities and other public facilities. The technique used is a non-probability sampling technique using a quota sampling sample. With a sample of 100 employees. Data processing using SPSS v.22 processed in 2020. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is an influence between the independent variables individually on the dependent variable while the test of model accuracy there is a simultaneous influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable.
