Abstract
Aviation safety is a condition where safety requirements are fulfilled in the use of airspace, aircraft, airports, air transportation, flight navigation and other supporting facilities and public facilities. As an airport that is also of international standard, International Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang Airport, must pay attention to security and safety which has a very important and strategic role in flight operations, so that the administration and development can run properly. In this study, aviation safety is influenced by several factors including safety culture factors, safety management systems and flight traffic guidance. These three factors have an important role in improving flight safety. The population in this study were employees at PT. Angkasa Pura 1 Semarang and Airnav Semarang with a research sample of 82 respondents, the variables in the study consisted of: safety culture independent variables (X.1), safety management system (X.2) and flight traffic guidance (X.3) as well as variables bound, namely aviation safety (Y). The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistic Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. The results of the research by testing the t-test hypothesis partially show that safety culture, safety management system and flight traffic guidance have a positive and significant effect on flight safety. Based the result of the research it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is: Y = 1.804 + 0.305.X1 + 0.335.X2 + 0.230.X3 + µ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on aviation safety is the safety management system variable with a regression coefficient of 0.335. And the R2 (R Square) test resulted in a result of 0.522 or 52.2%, which means that flight safety at International Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang Airport is influenced by safety culture variables, safety management systems and flight traffic guidance, namely 52.2% and Other factors that affect flight safety at International Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang Airport are 52.2% or 0.522. Keywords : Safety Culture, Safety Management System, and Flight Traffic Guide and Aviation safety
