Abstract
This research is motivated by the increasing needs of society, including in the field of air transportation. Air transportation is one of the most popular types of transportation in today's society. As time goes by, the demand for services using air transportation is increasing and it is demanded to be fulfilled. Juanda Airport which will always provide the best and satisfying service provides services in the field of air transportation that will help the community meet the needs in the field of air transportation This study aims to determine the effect of safety, facilities and location partially on passenger satisfaction at Juanda Airport, Surabaya. The population in this study were customers or passengers at Bandra Juanda Surabaya which were based on passenger departure data in 2019 and the sample of this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling with the type of sampling, namely simple random sampling. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 16. The results of the research by testing the t-test hypothesis partially show that security, facilities, and location have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction. Based on the research results it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is: Y = 0.585 + 0.075.X1 + 0.267.X2 + 0.279.X3 + µ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting passenger satisfaction is the location variable with a regression coefficient of 0.279. And the R2 (R Square) test results in 0.611 or 61.1%, which means that Passenger Satisfaction at Juanda Airport in Surabaya is influenced by the variables of Security, Facilities, and Location, which is 61.1% and other factors that affect passenger satisfaction at the airport.
