Abstract
The success of a company engaged in airport services is if the services offered by the company can be accepted by the airline and can make the airline satisfied by using its services at the airport (in this research the company is in the service sector at Jenderal Ahmad Yani airport Semarang). Good relations with stakeholders are influenced by various factors including Queue Aircraft, Trust, Wildlife Hazzard. All three have an important role in influencing good relations with the Airlines. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of Aircraft Queuing, trust, and Wildlife Hazzard at Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were airline employees and airport ground staff of General Ahmad Yani, using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on this analysis, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 0.607 + 0.125X1 + 0.444X2 + 0.322X3 + µ From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the variables of Queuing Aircraft (X1), Trust (X2), Wildlife Hazzard (X3) has a contribution of 51.0% in influencing Good Relationship to Stakeholders (Y). Meanwhile, other factors that influence the increase in the number of passengers (100% - 51.0%) = 49.0%. So, the remaining 49.0% for other variables that are not proposed in this study.
