Abstract
PT. Pelayaran Cahaya Papua is a company engaded in the field of shipping agency service. Rapid information technology is needed to make service more quickly accurate and based on existing procedures, precise and easy. This study aims to determine the procedures of agency activities at Dumai publict port. This writing uses the method of observation the method of observation bt the author is to observase directly at the dumai public port interview methode by asking directly to the operational staff at PT. Pelayaran Cahaya Papua and the last is documentasion method that is by finding and collecting data from books, notes, and other.. The results of this study are MT. Navig8 Stellar is very satisfyng because it is based on existing procedures. And also know the procedures for the entry and exit of ship, documents, which are required for agency services in handling ships MT. Navig8 Stellar . Keywords: agency services, documents.
