Abstract

Many of competition of a transportation company especially bus companies , poharyanto the need for a strategy to always maintain consumer to remain faithful in using and buy services bus ticket poharyanto .Po haryanto can set a strategy marketing proper in achieving its objectives company , in this research researchers want to know what factors affecting decision the purchase .To research this will be analyzed four variable namely the quality of services , consumer behavior , and promotion. Individually and simultaneous between variables independent namely the quality of services, quality products, consumer behavior, and promotion on variables dependent the decision the purchase.To research this object trophy is bus passengers poharyanto route jakarta-pati.The sample this is 100 people, with using formulas slovin.The data collection was done use kuisioner.Data processing using the validity, reliability test, test the assumption classical, regression analysis linear multiple and the testing of hypotheses.Based on the research done and analysis multiple produced equation. Y = 3,527 + 0,215 X1+0,252 X2 + 0,190X3+ µ The results of the regression equation is linear worship of idols show that there was a positive influence partial evaluation between the quality of service of the decision of the purchase of ( thitung4,276>ttabel 1,984 ) ,consumer behavior of the decision of the purchase of ( thitung3,155> ttabel1,984 ) and promotion of the decision of the purchase of ( thitung2,449>ttabel 1,984 ) .With the outcome of this research showed the quality of service, the product quality , consumer behavior , Keywords: the quality of service , consumer behavior , promotion , the purchase and promotion it has some positive effects and significant of the decision of the purchase .
