Abstract
Passenger Satisfaction is an important factor in the survival of a company. The problem faced by the company today is related to the unknown satisfaction of Passengers every year. If this is allowed to continue, the company cannot determine the strategy to increase the satisfaction of passengers. There are many factors that affect Passenger Satisfaction influenced by Driver knowledge, driver experience and vehicle roadworthiness. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in the background of the purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a positive influence both individually independent variables namely driver knowledge, driver experience, vehicle roadworthiness of the dependent variable namely Passenger Safety. In this study the objects taken by service users. Data source includes primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents of the sampling technique used by the entire population to be sampled Based on the research results of multiple analysis funds produced the equation: Y = 3,603 + 0,345.X1 + 0,199.X2 + 0,230.X3 + µ The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between driver knowledge (t count 3,831> t table 1,98498) driver experience, (t count 2,160> t table 1,98498) road worthiness of the vehicle (t count 3,468 > t table 1,98498) Quality of service to Passenger Safety.
