Abstract
Optimalized SBNP in KN.Kumba Vessel Navigation Service on Navigation Aids of Distrik Navigation Class II Semarang. Sailing navigation aids are equipment or systems outside the ship that are designed and operated to improved the security and safety of shipping and navigation efficiency of ships and ship traffic. Therefore, optimization of SBNP must always be improved and carried out properly so that the ship remains safe and protected from navigation hazards while sailing. In this case Vessel Navigation Service. KN.Kumba, which is a navigation survey ship for watch and SAR observers, also functions as a distribution of supplies and transport vessels for flare tower officers who have been placed in the working area of the Class II Navigation District of Semarang, which plays an important role in optimizing SBNP in its working areas. This paper aims to identify the important role of the Vessel Navigation Service. KN.Kumba in optimizing SBNP in the working area of Semarang Class II Navigation District. The method I use is the method of field research that directly observes and interviews with officers on board and uses the method of literature study. The results of a paper entitled Optimizing SBNP in Vessel Navigation Service, KN.Kumba in the working area of Class II Navigation District of Semarang shows that the optimization of SBNP has been improved so that security and safety of navigation are always maintained.
