Abstract
Along with the development and increasingly rapid economic growth, the role of the world of transportation to the social life of the population. Similarly, for the benefit of government transportation, which in general is strongly supported by the existence of sea transportation activities. The activities of the government and the sea transportation activities, as well as the accommodation services at the port which is very supportive in the smooth flow of transportation for the shipping and crossing of sea toll between region and the State. The purpose of this writing is to find out how the passenger ticket services system conducted by the Office of Port Bawean Class III Organizing Unit, to find out how the service on board accommodation, and also to find out the constraints faced by the Office of Port Operator Unit Class III Bawean in terms of passenger service. Collection in this study was conducted by the method of observation, interview, data processing techniques data testing using hypothesis test. The result obtained in this research is to know the system of passenger ticket service, accommodation service on board, the constraints faced by the Office of Port Bawean Class III Implementation Unit. In this case the Office of Port Class Operator Unit III Bawean must perform the procedure of handling the ticket service and firmly at the port of Bawean. Keywords : Ticket, Procedure, Accommodation.
