Abstract
Supervision Of Port Syahbandar Otoritas (KSOP) Of Class III UPP Juwana In The Efforts To Realize Safety and Safety In Juwana Juwana as an island area that is very prone to marine accidents is indeed very heavy in carrying out its duties in terms of improving sailing safety. The Port Authority and Authority Office has the duty and responsibility to carry out supervision and law enforcement in the field of shipping safety and security, coordination of government activities in ports and regulation, control, and supervision of port activities in commercially operated ports. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the Port Authority and Port Authority Office conducts supervision and fulfillment of ship marine feasibility, vessel certification, prevention of pollution from ships and determination of the legal status of ships and dealing with causes that cause marine accidents. This paper aims to increase activities in the Juwana Kesyahbandaran area so that the authors expect that what has been stipulated in the rules in KSOP Juwana is carried out properly and in accordance with existing procedures.
