Abstract
Effectiveness of the fuel bunker process onTB. PATRA TUNDA 4202 Technological developments almost touch all aspects of human life at this time. This adds to a more competitive life, so we are required to produce good results. Likewise in the world of shipping engaged in sea transportation services. A bunker is an activity on board a ship and a port, this bunker activity aims to refuel ships. The operation of the ship is certainly not spared from the bunker before the ship sails and operates, while some procedures for bunkering are good and correct and do not endanger the crew of the ship or the port, of course, must consider how to conduct effective bunkers so as not to spill oil and violate shipping laws namely Marpol Annex I which explains about murine pollution with its various aspects, to create the effectiveness of fuel bunkers on board of course effective things need to be considered in order to avoid fatal events that tend to endanger the crew of the ship, completeness and readiness in carrying out fuel bunker processes on board the need for rules on Shiphoard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan (SOPEP). The role of the effectiveness of the fuel bunker process cannot be ignored because the role of the fuel bunker process on board is very important to support perfect results. A good and optimal bunker process can reduce the obstacles and hazards on board. In connection with the readiness of the bunker process which is very important for effective results.
