Abstract
The main discussion in the writing of this Paper is to increase the productivity of domestic ship loading and unloading activities with the ETOS system by PT. Prima Nur Panurjwan Jakarta which is one of the loading and unloading companies of PT. Samudera Indonesia Group. There are some background problems that the author must solve, namely, increasing productivity with the ETOS system, the documents needed in the process of loading and unloading, the obstacles that occur during the process of loading and unloading, receiving and delivery processes. Writing this paper has the aim to find out how to increase productivity by PT. Prima Nur Panurjwan Jakarta in the service of ships in the process of loading and unloading, knowing what documents are needed in the process of loading and unloading, knowing the obstacles in the process of loading and unloading, to know the process of receiving and delivering containers. Based on data collection carried out during land practice (prada), the author uses several methods namely, observation, interview and document analysis. The results of this paper are the quality of ship and container service that is good and the use of ETOS in the process of loading and unloading domestic containers at PT. Prima Nur Panurjwan can greatly help operational performance and also improve service productivity and service time effectiveness if it can be applied properly.
