Abstract
The main discussion in this paper is about the use of the inaportnet system in handling clearance in and clearance out documents on ships by PT. Gloval Logistic Agensi Ark. The background of the problem is that the Inaportnet System is a system used for clearance in and clearance out activities, thus requiring all agency companies to be able to access the system. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the procedures for clearance in and clearance out services with the inaportnet system, knowing which agencies are involved, knowing the barriers to using the inaportnet system, and knowing the solutions to overcome obstacles in the inaportnet system. Based on data collection conducted during land practice, the author uses several methods, namely interviews, observations and types of data. The results of the discussion of this paper are the existence of an inaportnet system, the process of clearance in and clearance out can be carried out effectively and efficiently, as well as facilitating agency companies in providing services to the ship. Keywords: Clearance, Service Procedure, and operasional agent.
