Abstract

The purpose of writingthis paper is to find out about PT. Berkah Multi Cargo Logistic Surabaya, in providing receiving and delivery services. The process and procedure of receiving and delivery container of PT. Berkah Multi Cargo Logistic Surabaya in container handling activities from before the container arrives, when container arrives when the data input and when the container comes out. The container depot business activities are generally divided into 2 (two) types, namely Receiving and Delivery. The purpose of this study is to know how the process and procedure of receiving and delivery container export full at the Japfa depot owned by PT. Berkah Mult Cargo Logistics. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, by conducting field surveys, interviews with actors, discussions, and reviewing related literature. The skills of human resources and equipment in all activities in the container depot must continue to be developed. Keywords : Container Depot, Receiving , Delivery
