Abstract
In cruise ship services by PT. The Indonesian Port III of the Benoa Branch, Bali, still faces obstacles that hamper the service activities of the ship. The problem in these activities is the situation in the field service that is not in accordance with the system procedures that are set both from the guiding services, delays, moorings, landing, passenger terminals and services to the cruise ship passengers. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out how the role of the procedure system in the cruise ship service activities, so that any problems and obstacles can be overcome and not hamper in the service activities. Based on the data collection the authors used several methods including interviews with one of the passenger terminal managers, observations during practice at the company, and literature study. The results of writing this paper are so that the activities in the cruise ship service run smoothly and do not experience obstacles that are detrimental to the ship and also from the shipping agent company. Improving the quality of service both from the ship's facility itself and also the cruise ship's passengers, so that the cruise ship's arrival increases.
