Abstract
The discussion in this thesis is a cruise ship agency services activities by PT. Bahari Eka Nusantara, in this case PT. Bahari Eka Nusantara as the agent appointed to take care of the arrival and departure of the cruise ship. Agents have the duty and responsibility to serve the interests of agents who become agents during the port. To achieve the above discussion, the authors collected data through observation methods, interview methods, library methods, documentary methods. Cruise ships which in English are called cruise ships are passenger ships that are used for cruises or holidays. Cruise ships are different from ships that carry regular shipping routes in the open sea, cruise ships tend to be larger than ships and have more facilities compared to ships in general. The conclusion from observations in the shipping world is, a ship that wants to rest its ship needs the services of a port agent to maintain the smooth placement of the pier and the management of Clearence in / Clearence out.
