Abstract
PT. Citra Jateng Stevedoring Semarang is a company engaged in service activities in the field of loading and unloading services. which can be categorized as diverse as stevedoring activities, cargodoring and receiving and delivery activities. tasked with providing goods services, the operational process of the ship and goods service system begins with the process of loading and unloading of goods from or to the ship and until the ship leaves the port. Information technology is needed so that these service activities can be presented quickly, precisely and easily so that the service process can run smoothly, quickly and safety should further improve the infrastructure needed, and more disciplining officers who carry out activities in the field so that safety is maintained, to use the service it must obey the system procedures that have been set so that the service can be carried out properly.
