Abstract

The main discussion in writing this paper is about blockboard export delivery flow by Emkl division PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras branch. There are several background problems that must be resolved in this paper. That is how to input PEB system, document in export activites,problem in export activites dan agency in the export activites. This company is expedition company that serve export and import activites. This export activities is begin take empty container from depot container and pick up by truk to factory for doing stuffing and staff export documents make PEB dan send to Bea Cukai until get NPE respons. After that container brings to the port or container yard for discharge. Goal from writing this paper for knowing process making PEB, document in the export activities, problem in export activities and agency in the export activities. Based on data collection conducted during land practice (PRADA) the author uses several methods including observation, interview, document collection and triangulation. Obtained from the results that: Process input PEB need some document from eksportir and cooperation from agency and then knowing step by step for solve the problem. This is for minimize problem in export activites and upgrade satisfaction from consumer. Keywords: System, Export, Expedition, Documents.
