Abstract
Topic of discussion in writing about the process of handling cruise ship services using the pocc system at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III, Benoa Branch as a supporter of Bali's regional tourism. The background of the problem is that the port owned by Benoa Port is expected to handle the handling of ship services well and smoothly. The purpose of the authors of the Paper is nothing but what is needed in the process of handling the arrival of the cruise ship, how is the handling process when the cruise ship is about to dock, which parties are related to the cruise ship arrival process, what are the obstacles encountered when the arrival of the cruise ship. Based on data collection conducted during land practice (Prada), the author uses several methods, namely interviews, observations, and types of data. The results of the discussion of this paper is to be able to know the process with the handling of cruise ship services using the pocc system can run smoothly and without any obstacles in handling ship services at the port of Benoa as supporting Bali's tourism.
