Abstract
Stevedoring activities are activities that support the smooth transportation to and from the vessel to a port so that the loading and unloading of goods to and from ships has an important position. The geographical condition of Indonesia which is the island countries where land is much wider than it already is a natural thing and the development of sea transport arrangements need to get the most attention, thus supporting the smooth sea transport is one of them include the loading and unloading of goods. The purpose of this writing to determine the legality of the business activities of loading and unloading is done by. Pelabuhan Indonesia III branch Tanjung Intan Cilacap. The research concludes that since the establishment of PT.
