Abstract

Maintenance of emergency generator alternators The alternator is one part of the system on the A / E (auxiliary engine) auxiliary engine on the ship, to provide supplying charging current to the battery in order to activate the complementary system, namely by using motion energy, rotating energy to supply electricity to the battery in the auxiliary engine generator. The alternator is an aid plane that helps supply the charging current to the battery in the diesel generator. To eliminate the risk of damage to the Alternato, the maintenance of its components such as checking the rotor rotor, Stator coil, Alternator shaft, Brush, Pulley, Bearings, Alternator fan, Diode, IC regulator, Alternator socket, Batrtery connector, Alternator housing.
