Abstract
MARPOL (Marine Pollution) 1973 / conserning containing rules about the pollution in the se. In it there is a rule contains provisions concerning Prevention Oil Pollution .This rule applies for all types of vessels, especially in this rule is tankers will not only be applied when fuel injections but more important is when loading and unloading. MT. Alpha Marine charged Crude Palm Oil. To avoid possible pollution when activities loading and unloading then required supervision and the implementation of the procedural loading and unloading proper and in accordance with the established rules of an early stage loading in port loading, The deployment of the charge at tanks the vessel up to during the preparatory phase of the demolition in loading port. Cooperation is needed between the land (surveyor and company cargo) ship owners and the ship crew in the process of unloading and loading. A piece of writing aims to understand prevention oil pollution regulation on the process unloading crude palm oil on MT. Alpha Marine. Data collection in a piece of writing is using the field of research, the literature study and documentation in which uses the observation and interview. The result of a piece of writing was carried out by Standart Operational Procedural ( SOP ) Keywords : Prevention Oil Pollution, Crude Palm Oil.
