Abstract
Implementation of Tank Ship Agency Process By PT. Pertamina Trans Continental Branch Cilacap At Special Port Refinery Unit IV Cilacap PT. Pertamina (Persero) Implementation of agency is a matter done by every ship to perform document clearance process in port of destination. Because usually appointed company that handles in terms of agency to take care of all process of document clearance of ship in port.Pada agent of tanker and gas in Indonesia, PT. Pertamina (Persero), a state-owned oil and gas company, appoints its subsidiary to handle tankers in Indonesia. One of them is PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK). PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental is divided into several branches in Indonesia, one of which is a branch in Cilacap area, Central Java which is intended to handle the agency process at the special port of Refinery Unit IV PT. Pertamina (Persero) Cilacap. With the appointment of PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental Branch Cilacap as sub agent, then PT. Pertamina Trans Kontiental has the duty to amaze every tanker that will perform unloading or loading at special port Refinery Unit IV PT. Pertamina (Persero). The task of PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental Cilacap Branch is conducting clearance of documents of each tanker either from domestic or abroad. The clearance document will usually be reported to Syahbandar Office, Port Health Office, Immigration Office and Customs Office (if for ship from abroad which exports or imports).
