Abstract

The Role of Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan (KSOP) Kelas II Cilacap in Supervision and Guidance to Sea Freight Companies. Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Cilacap is a technical implementation unit of the Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut have responsible for overseeing ship velocity, safety, security and discipline at port. Two of them are to conduct supervision and guidance on sea freight companies where supervision and guidance should be done intensively. Supervision is done by seeing the companies developments and surveys the location where the company office. Guidance is done by conducting seminars and meetings study for sea freight companies.The Purpose is to know the role of Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Cilacap in supervision and guidance to Sea Freight Companies. The method used were the method of field research and documentation methods that use observation and interview techniques. The results of this study that the role of Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Cilacap in supervision and guidance to sea freight companies is able to work in a team, so that all the work is done without breaking the rules.
