Abstract
The role of Kantor KesyahabandarandanOtoritasPelabuhanKelas IICilacapon MV. AZZAHRA Inspection as an effort to supervise, check and the release of Port Clearance Approval The responsibility of Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhanis very important because the security and the safety of sailing is it priority. This action conducted are to increase the supervision of the security and the safety toward sailing matters. The supervision conducted by Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan in managing the facilities of sea transport,one of them by was inspecting the ship through a Marine Inspector. Marine Inspector in his duty ensure that a vessel has been equipped with all equipment requirementare ship construction, navigational aids and safety appliances.
