Abstract

Efforts to Improve Passenger and Vehicle Services at Ketapang Gilimanuk Ferry Port By PT. Transportation of the Lake Penyeberangan River (ASDP) Indonesia Ferry Ketapang branch In the process of service of passengers and vehicles in the port of Ketapang, several things occur which refer to the occurrence of accidents and inconvenience to service users. This paper aims to find out everything related to efforts to improve crossing services when vehicles or passengers enter the port of Ketapang to get out in the harbor of Gilimanuk. This paper includes the type of paper with the library method, the method of observation and the interview method conducted by the author based on the results of ground practice in the company PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry Ketapang Branch in which there is a discussion of efforts to improve service and how the service process for passengers and vehicles by PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry. The results of this paper show that as a crossing company PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry Ketapang Branch has made efforts to improve services to the maximum extent in accordance with the rules of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Keywords: Efforts, Improvement, Crossing Services.
