Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to obtain a deeper picture and understanding of the wooden furniture export process undertaken by the Expedition Cargo Ship (EMKL) PT. H-Trans Sakti Semarang The method used in the writing of this final task is the method of descriptive analysis, ie data that is described or explained verbally. The data used in the writing of this final task is the primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected through direct interview with PT. H-Trans Sakti Semarang, while secondary data obtained from books and other sources of reading related to the subject matter taken. The results of the paper can be concluded that the procedure of wooden furniture export process conducted by PT. H-Trans Sakti Semarang started from the process of publishing shipping instruction, followed by booking space, stuffing, administrators and terminated by the process of submitting documents to exporters. For documents used include: Shipping intruction, booking confirmation, packing list, invoice, Export Clearance Notes (NPE), Export Declaration of Goods (PEB), Bill of Loading (B / L), Certificate of Origin / Certificate of Origin. As for the parties concerned and Excise, the Office of Industry and Commerce, and Fumigator. Suggestions that writers can give is the improvement of facilities and infrastructure companies in order to improve company performance. Keywords: Export Process, Shipping Instruction
