Abstract

Review of the Function of State State Control (PSC) on Sailing Safety, Maintenance and Patrol at the Class I Authority and Authority Office of Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang Port State Control (PSC) is a port state supervisory body carried out by the port state government to enforce the provisions of the conventions that apply in the field of safety of shipping and protection of the marine environment and protection and working conditions of crew members at sea. In conducting Port State Supervision activities, an important role is needed for the Tanjung Emas Port I and Broadband Authority Office in carrying out safety and inspection of ships entering Indonesian territory. The purpose of this paper is to find out the Overview of the State Port Control Function (PSC) about Sailing Safety, Guard and Patrol in the Port Office of I Tanjung Emas Broadband and Authority Semarang. The method of data collection is an effort to obtain information related to studies by collecting material through written literature, be it books, magazines, journals, print media, and so on. General Description of the Port Monitoring Function (PSC) Against Sailing Safety, Security, and Patrol in the Tanjung Emas Port Office of the Authority of Class I, Semarang, foreign-flagged vessels have the right to continue shipping. Port State Control is tasked with ensuring that no marine pollution is carried out by foreign-flagged vessels arriving.
