Abstract
Procedure and implementation of the passage plan for storm area and its effect on safety navigate in MT. GAS HARMONY on KOREAN SHIPPING SPECIAL CARGO LINE LTD There are many causes of ship accidents at sea, become lack of officer checks during make procedure and hold the passage plan. Safety of shipping is a condition of the fulfillment of safety and security requirements concerning transport in waters, ports, and maritime environment. For good ways of shipping activities, passage plan is the most important factor to ensure safety, safety, and smoothness in every voyage. Particularly when the ship enters the tropical storm area. The passage plan becomes very important when the vessel enters the tropical storm area due to identify potential problems or hazards along the shipping route to be navigated eg natural factors, topography, oceanography, sea conditions, and erratic weather each period. The purpose of this paper is to know the procedure and implementation of passage plan in MT. Gas Harmony of Korean Shipping Special Cargo Line Ltd and its effect on the navigation safety of the tropical storm area. The writing method of this paper include literature research studies and field research studies that use the method of observation. Kata kunci : Procedure passage plan, influence tropical storm, MT.
