Abstract
The research was conducted at the Kantor Badan Pencarian dan Pertolongan Nasional Semarang especially in the field of Water Rescue and on KN. SAR Sadewa located at the port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. Against the background that Soul Rescue Operations at Sea from shallow water up to the national level often occurs outside existing procedures and has been established by the SAR Convention and International Aeronautical and Maritime Search and Rescue (IAMSAR) Conventions. This is causedseveral of internal and external factors of the National SAR Agency of Indonesia. Anything beyond this procedure may increase the risk of inhibition of the search and rescue process and the purpose of the National Search and Rescue Agency. The problem in this journal is about how the Search and Rescue Operation process and the possible consequences of the operation, therefore the writer choose to examine some problems that occur by referring to SAR Convention and International Convention Aeronautical and Maritime Search and Rescue ( IAMSAR) Keywords: Soul Saving, International Convention, Preparedness
