Abstract
Choosing a job at sea is very high risk. Starting from internal factors whether it is longing to miss family relationships, less harmonious relationship among crews and do not understand operate the tool, after which the usual external factors such as the failure of the existing equipment on board, bad weather to the worst risk of sinking vessel . It is the role of the National Search and Rescue Agency. Although the crew before working at sea would have been equipped with a way to save themselves and survive in an emergency. But still when the panic can cause casualties. Therefore Members of the National Agency for Search and Rescue have been prepared physically, mentally and tools to rescue victims who are at sea.
