Abstract
The Service System Of Curbing The Letter Of Consent Sailing Service At The Office Kesyahbandar Tanjung Priok Jakarta If we discuss the territorial waters of the jurisdiction of a State, it shall relate in it sovereign rights and exercise the sovereignty of that State, manifested in the form of obligations and responsibilities of a State to create an integrated marine safety and security in that State.
