Abstract
International Safety Management Code is an international standard of safety management in the operation of the ship and the prevention / control of environmental pollution. In accordance with the awareness of the importance of human factors and the need to increase the operational management of the vessel to prevent the occurrence of the accident the ship, man, freight / cargo and property and prevent pollution of the marine environment, the IMO issued known as Regulation of the International Safety Management (ISM Code) are also consolidated in the SOLAS Conevention. The International Ship and Port Facility Security Code – ISPS Code is a Code of International Security against ships and port facilities is a rule that comprehensive information regarding measures to improve the safety of ships and port facilities, these rules were developed in response to a perceived threat can occur on ships and port facilities after the attacks in the United States.
