Abstract
TECHNIQUES AND MECHANISM REVIEW OF LOADING AND DISCHARGING AVTUR WITH SHIP TO SHIP AND SHIP TO PORT METHODS ON MT. SEI PAKNING UNDER MANAGEMENT PT. BERNHARD SCHULTE SINGAPORE SHIPMANAGEMENT " The industry is extremely important to growth social and economic life of the population. also, for the benefit of the government administration in general and in the context of the country's defense and others, the role of the shipping industri give a good effect as well important. Marine transportation has been taking a important role in process to arrange safe maritime transport, as well as ship equipment facilities that should be sufficient. The complementary equipment personal safety equipment (PPE) do the loading and unloading of avtur with a bunch of methods of ship to ship and ship to port is a life saving appriliance, the oil spill in the manifold, VHF radio for each crew at the time of loading and unloading. The goods are transported by ship usual through some process of activities ranging from the storage of goods / cargo coming into the port area then transported to the dock and then loaded into the ship. Ship To Ship ( STS ) can be defined as well as the operation of loading and unloading or transfer cargo ( Liquid , Gas and Solid ) a middle of the sea between a ship to another ship, as anchored in position quay. Along Side transfer cargo between seagoing vessels to the port or place of loading docks , cargo is usually transferred through STP method including oil , container , bulk chemicals in a product and asphalt . The purpose of this Essay is to know how the process of demolition ship to port and ship to ship . The results of this data collection is that it can be concluded about how the unloading ship to ship and ship to port in shipping activities on board .
