Abstract
Agency services activities MV.MERATUS KALABAHI by PT.Bahari Sandi Pratama PT.Bahari Sandi Pratama is a company engaged in the field of shipping agency services in Merak.Teknologi rapid information is needed to make services more accurate and accurate and based on existing procedures, appropriate and easy. This research aims to know the procedures involved in process clearance in and clearance out vessels in Merak Port. This research uses Observation, Interview, and Documentation methods. Observation method by writer is by observing directly. Interview Method by asking directly to husbandary agent or operational staff of PT.Bahari Sandi Pratama. And the last is the method of documentation by searching and collecting data from books, notes, etc. The results of this study is the process of clearance in and clearance out MV.MERATUS KALABAHI very satisfactory because it is based on existing procedures. And also know the agency, documents, and related costs in the activities of clearance in and clearance out ship MV.MERATUS KALABAHI Keywords :Clearance In, Clearance Out, Agency
