Abstract
The role of PT. Samudera Perdana In Accordance With Cargo Operation Procedures and Load Cargo With Ship to Ship System " PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras is a company that handles loading and unloading services in the category of dry bulk goods, where the majority of services for dismantling goods from ships are fertilizer. For this reason, in this paper, the author will describe the bulk loading and unloading procedures with ship to ship, documents needed in loading and unloading activities with the ship to ship system, roles and responsibilities of loading and unloading companies in the transportation of goods at sea, and PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras parties related to bulk loading and unloading activities by ship to ship system. The purpose of study is to find out the role of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras to the procedures and mechanism of bulk cargo loading and unloading by ship to ship system. The preparation of this study the author conducted data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study that the role of PT. Samudera Perdana Aligned with the procedures and mechanism for bulk cargo loading and unloading by ship to ship system being carried out in accordance with the procedures set by PT.
