Abstract
Safety management system in the effort to reduce the risk of accidents on MT. Madonna Sun The important at keeping safety on board of a ship as regulated on safety management system as an important factor that should be implemented on every activiti on board of a ship. It should be implemented to prevent accident on board of a ship. The purpose of this study is to know safety management system in the effort to reduce the risk of accidents on MT. Madonna Sun. The data collection used were field research and library research used observation and interview techniques. The result of this study that safety management system in the effort to reduce the risk of accidents on MT. Madonna Sun had been done as regulated in the safety management system which include familiarization,maintanance and drills. Keywords : Safety Management , Work Accident, MT. Madonna Sun
