Abstract
The rule of Officers Guard the Duty on Safety of Shipping at KM. Niki Sejahtera Safety of Sea Voyage is a condition of safety and security requirements concerning transportation at sea, ports, and maritime environment. For the sake of smoothness of shipping activities, Watchkeeping is the most important factor to ensure safety, safety and smoothness in every voyage. Especially the Rule of Officers Keep in sight around on voyage. Certainly it’s very important on voyage to identify potential problems or dangers along the route of shipping to be navigable. The purpose of this paper is to know the Rule of Officers in carrying out the Duty of Watch during the Sailing at KM. Niki Sejahtera owned by PT. Berlian Lautan Sejahtera. The method of writing was a literature study and reseacrh directly to the scene of the case that use observation techniques and interviews.
