Abstract

Implementation of Loading and Unloading Fertilizer at MV.Kamasan The process of loading and unloading on board is one of the most important things to support the efficiency of delivery of goods from one location to another by sea by sea, because the economical cost of this freight service is often in the lyrics because it can send goods in large quantities. Many factors that affect the delay of delivery of goods to be sent include internal factors that are problems that occur on the ship and external factors that are problems that occur outside the vessel that inhibits and extends the loading process of loading and unloading. Here cadets understand the problem of what happens on board and pour it in this scientific paper, with the aim of making it useful to the reader and to many people. Here using data collection methods by interviewing officers and drawing conclusions from the interviews, cadets are demanded to understand and solve problems by learning from the experience aboard the ship and in the hope of applying that knowledge experience to the problem when plunging in the world of work
