Abstract
The Importance Of Estimating And Calculating The Earth Of Sea Water Surface As An Effort In Supporting Safety Of The Payment In Tanjung Emas Area By The Meteorology Agency, Climatology, And Geophysics (BMKG) Semarang Weather is one of the important factors needed by navigators to maintain the safety of crew, cargo and ships. Weather has several factors including temperature, air pressure, wind, air humidity, clouds and rainfall intensity (precipitation). On the basis of all these factors have a relationship that can influence each other. By studying air humidity and intensity in particular, it will be able to provide important reports about the weather in the waters of the area, so that navigators can understand whether the weather in the waters is safe or not to pass. The information presented is in the form of calculation data through several existing formulas, as well as measurement results from international standardized calibration devices, in special maritime publications. The purpose of this paper is to find out the Role of the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) in Class II Semarang in Estimating, Calculating and Determining Air Humidity and Rainfall Levels in the Tanjung Emas Area of Semarang in an Effort to Assist Ship Navigation Safety. The data collection method used is field research that uses observation techniques and interview techniques as well as documentation methods. The result of this paper is that the Role of the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) in Class II Semarang in Estimating, Calculating and Determining Air Humidity and Rainfall Levels in the Tanjung Emas Semarang Region in an Effort to Assist Ship Navigation Safety has been carried out according to the procedure.
