Abstract

Vessel Navigation Service KN.SUAR 11 to Optimization SBNP In the Work Area District Navigation Class II Semarang. Sailing navigation aids or offshore navigation systems are designed and operated to improve the sacurite and safety of voyage and navigational efficiency of ships and vessel traffic system. So we must optimalize SBNPsystem and always be increase and properly implementend in order to keep a vessel and avoid a vessel from emergency and hazzard navigation in sailing. in this case KN.SUAR 11 as a survey vessel to aquatic observers and SAR also serves as a distribution of supplies and ships of beacon tower carriers that have been placed In the Work Area District navigation class II Semarang which is a navigational survey boat and very important role in SBNP Optimization in the working areas. the purpose of this studyis to know the important role about Vessel Navigation Service KN.SUAR 11 and the inhibiting factors to Optimization SBNP In the work area District Navigation Class II Semarang. The collecting data method used ware field research method that directly observes and interviews officers on the ship and library reserch. The results of this studyies entitled the Vessel Navigation Service KN.SUAR 11 to Optimization SBNP In the Work Area District Navigation Class II Semarang shows that SBNP optimization should always be increase in order to keep safety Navigation our vessel Keywords : Role, Sailing navigation aids, works efeciency, KN.SUAR 11
