Abstract
Indonesia has over 200 millions of citizen, that is why indonesia highly need of food. To ensure the fulfillment of food, indonesia in need of importing food products, one of it is tapioca flour. The purpose of this study is to review the process of loading and discharge of tapioca flour of Tanjung Emas port of Semarang. In cluding the loading and discharge equipment being used. The data collecting methode in this study were observation, documentary, interview and also library research. The result of this study is the process of loading and discharge of tapioca flour of Tanjung Emas Port Semarang runs smoothly and as standardised on standard operation procedure of Tanjung Emas Port Semarang.
