Abstract
Abstract PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk is working to establish a pilot and delays service that can compete with Linya's international ports in scouting and delaying services. PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk in guiding and postponing service activities at Tanjung Priok Port using the Marine Operating System (MOS). Marine Operating System (MOS) is a digital port that is used for ship scouting and delaying services in order to accelerate business processes for movement in and out of ships. The main purpose of using the system is to reduce the amount of paper that must be carried by pilots to assist them in carrying out work and to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of pilotage and ship delay services at ports. In collecting data, the authors use primary data and secondary data. Primary data is done by interview directly to the parties concerned. While secondary data is obtained from books, notes, reports, and archives that are usually obtained from the media.The results of the paper can be concluded that the Marine Operating System (MOS) has provided convenience and adjustments to the needs of ships and to be more effective and efficient in terms of resources, real time service records, status and tracing resources, reduced runnimg hours and increased movement efficiency for tug boats and efficiency for pilot boat trips, saving fuel consumption (BBM). Thus, company employees can easily monitor their work and of course save more time due to more practical activities. Keywords: Marine Operating System (MOS), Guiding, Delay
