Abstract

The main discussion in writing this paper is about the process of handling export documents carried out by PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras. There are several background problems that must be resolved in this paper, namely what documents are used to export goods, the parties involved in it, costs incurred in the procedure, and how the procedures for handling export documents. The company is engaged in handling overall export activities. Starting from the stuffing process until loading onto the ship. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the documents used to export goods, the parties involved in it, the costs incurred in the process, and how to handle export documents. Based on data collection done when carrying out ground practice the author uses several methods including methods of observation, documentation, study of literature, and interviews, the results obtained are that the export document handling carried out by PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras runs from the making of the Goods Export Notification document to the procurement of containers for export goods running well.
