Abstract

The main topic in writing this paper is about the process of completion of import documentsl. There are several background issues that must be completed writer is the process of import activities, documents and related agencies in the import, payment methods used importers and collection of import duties in import activities. which has the intensity of export and import services in the field of logistics, warehouse, freight forwarding, and transportation services by sea, land and air. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to know how the process of import activities, documents and agencies involved in the import, how the payment used and how the collection of import duties in import activities. Based on data collection conducted during practice land (Prada), the author uses several methods of survey, questionnaire, observation, interview and document analysis as well as the source and type of data. The result of the discussion of this paper is the settlement system of completing the import document of shoes which is assisted by the Expedition of Cargo Shipload will run smoothly without any hindrance if each party (exporter and importer) can fulfill the agreed requirements procedure.
