Abstract
The process of clearance In and out of the ship by the agency company PT. Indo Dharma Transport which is an agent engaged in the service of coal-carrying vessel in the special port of Rembang. Lately a lot of people want to know how the process of the ship arrived until departing and what the documents are taken care of by the agent. This work was made so that readers can understand how the process of clearance in and clearance out and handling ships arrive and come or the obstacles encountered. In this paper the author uses the observation method used to explore how clearance can occur as long as the ship arrives until the ship departs using this method, so that the problems that have been there can be resolved, in this case the author plunged directly into the field to observe and feel during the practice land (PRADA). The author obtained the results that the clearance process is very complicated but with the skills of the employees of PT. Indo Dharma Transport employees can overcome the complexity and obstacles in the clearance process. Keyword :Clearance,Ship process arrived,agent,document
