Abstract
This paper describes the services of Jetty Managament at PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line jepara branch to find out about jetty management services in ship services. In writing this paper the author uses the method of observation or observation, interview or interview. From the results of the discussion, several problems were obtained, namely: 1.) inhibiting the process of dismantling coal in the special port of the Tanjung Jati B PLTU due to cracked and broken fenders, HT radio malfunction, unfavorable weather. Handling the solution to the problem is to immediately handle the inhibiting of its role so that coal demolition activities run smoothly. 2.) to find out the jetty management scope of work in supporting the operations of PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line jepara branch. In addition to the scope of work also to find out what tools or facilities Jetty management. The results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that the important role of jetty management in the process of coal dismantling and operations of PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line jepara branch.
