Abstract

Services In Relation With Ship Operations is a service provided by a company to a ship that wishes to enter the port for the operational benefit of the vessel. And the port is a place consisting of land and waters with certain boundaries, which takes place government and economic activities. And ship service in the port is also increasingly needed by companies or organizations as a means to develop an export business and import a product. There are two services in the port, namely ship service and goods service, ship service aims to facilitate the ships that will lean and loose off, while the goods service aims to facilitate the activities of unloading. And if the ship wants to lean the agent will carry the documents such vessels as the identity of the vessel request documents ship service and goods services and all documents will be taken care by the agent using an application because everything is using online applications, and it also includes procedures ship. And its operation for example one of the ports is the container terminal, the service of the ship at the container terminal is a meeting place between land and sea transportation modes.
